Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your order is considered ‘received’ in accordance with the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. In other words, your order is considered 'received' once the tracking number on your shipment has been updated to 'delivered' on the shipping carrier's site.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Products may be lightly used, but must be at least half full, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that all returns are subject to approval. Please contact us before attempting to return any products.

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions. Please note, items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Of course, we understand that there may be an extenuating circumstance that needs attention and/or rectifying.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
In cases where there is a need to switch any item to another, whether it is the same item or not. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. You will be notified once your return is received and processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow the appropriate amount of time to see the changes reflect on your account.
